Now, however, the pandemic is really raging, and so are the Buxton family pandemic restrictions. My riding schedule has been called into question, and although I believe it's mostly safe, I have cut back again. I'm down to two, sometimes three, days a week. It's not ideal, but it's fine. It's also why I've been doubling up on rides every time I go to the barn.
Today was a barn day. I went to the barn early and rode Flynn. There weren't any jumps in the ring, so we didn't jump. We totally would have, though.
After I was done with Flynn, I saddled up Lucy and rode out with Mary Jo and Karen.
She was much better today. There was no illegal passage, and I managed not to fall off. It was a good ride.
It was also exhausting. Although I'm in the best shape I've been in for years, riding two horses back to back is a lot. My plans for the rest of the day - including finishing the fireplace and fireplace tutorial - mostly didn't happen.

I'd rather see you safe -- and not subject to gout -- no, that's grout -- ah, so sorry, rather, what I mean is, grout is fine --
