It begins

Today is the first day of NaMoPaiMo, and a whole bunch of hobbyists stopped thinking about art and started doing it.

Some used paint.

Others used pastels and pigments.

Most people worked on basecoats.

A few people got significantly further.

My project received a gold acrylic basecoat and a first layer of oils.
While that was drying, I packed up and shipped the first round of NaMoPaiMo goodies.
I also did a lot of administrative work - So much! The best part of that was choosing the first NaMoPaiMo Champion of the Day. Congratulations, Marjolein van Baarle!
NaMoPaiMo 2021 is off to a great start. Can we paint them? Yes, we can!

    So far I did nothing for myself, but I finished getting primer on Travis's model. We will hopefully get started sooooon...

    I'm finishing up the primer coat on my Alborozo and it's so inspiring to see what everyone else has done so far! I am so glad I decided to sign up for my first NaMoPaiMo this year!
