Today was the first weekend day of NaMoPaiMo 2021, and as you would expect, lots of people spent the day painting.

All day long, my Facebook feed has been flooded with NaMoPaiMo progress pictures. |

It seems to be going well.

There have been a couple new mishaps, but nothing that can't be fixed. |

Since we're six days in, we're also beginning to see more and more people saying, "I did it!"

In fact, today I put together the year's first finished model collage.
There's a lot of good looking horses in that group, but the model that really caught my eye is Michael Price's narwhal inspired unicorn.
Michael writes: I didn’t intend to finish so quickly, but he was really fun to work on. In addition to trying Appaloosa-like spots for the first time, I am happy that I was able to stretch my detail skills a little further.
This was a really cool concept that was expertly executed. Congratulations on a job well done, Michael. You are the NaMoPaiMo Champion of the Day!
