NaMoPaiMo is coming

It's hard to believe, but NaMoPaiMo is less than two months away.
I know I've said this before, but I can't really stress it enough: If you haven't already done so, please start prepping your models now

No one likes prepping.
It's slow, tedious, painstaking work that requires manual dexterity, patience and a whole bunch of smelly chemicals.
Unfortunately, it's also an essential component of quality finishwork. There's no better formula for NaMoPaiMo success than to begin February with a fully prepped and primed model.
Because I will be spending part of December and most of January in Europe, I started prepping my 2020 model right after the Jennifer Show. I still have work to do on his mane and tail, but for the most part, he is ready.
Speaking of Europe, Carol and I will be attending a NaMoPaiMo prepping party in the Netherlands on January 4. Zephyrus won't be in attendance, but I won't coming be empty handed. I shipped a big box of NaMoPaiMo swag to Germany this morning, and I can't wait to give it give it away!
If you are planning to hold NaMoPaiMo prepping party in 2020, please contact me at as soon as possible. I would love to send you some swag as well!

  1. Is there a place in NaNoPaiMo for beginners (i.e. a "novice" section)? I've always wanted to enter it, but I, admittedly, am awful at painting. It's not that placings matter, of course, I'd just be in it for the experience anyway :)

    1. NaMoPaiMo is the BEST place for beginners. It's a very positive and supportive environment. No actual painting skill is required!

  2. Please help me find the registration form for 2020?
