I was on the staff this year, which meant I was required to report to the show hall at six AM. I am a morning person, so this would have been fine had I not stayed up until two AM talking to Kylee. Oh well, it's BreyerFest. Who needs sleep?

The show wrapped up around three PM, and most of us headed over to the covered arena for shade, shopping, entertainment and the Saturday raffle.
No one in my group won anything, but we still had a lot of fun.
After that, it was on to the Hall of Champions for the Breyer Benefit Live Auction.

then squished my way into a seat next to Fabian. Everyone knew this would be a record-breaking year, so the stands were absolutely jam packed.
Bidding was fast and furious.
I watched a couple of my friends bid on..
and win some of the "bargain priced" offerings.
Of course, the highlight of the evening was the sale of The Alborozo. He went for Twenty two thousand dollars! It was amazing!

This was perhaps the "most BreyerFest" day of this year's event. I loved it, I hated it, I loved it and I can't wait to do it again.
