Is he real?

My friend and fellow Coloradan, Vicky Kitzman, arrived at the NAMHSA dinner with a newly purchased mystery horse. Was this solid legged, grey hooved Stretch Morgan a rare variation or a clever fake?
Almost immediately, a blue ribbon panel of experts was assembled to assess his authenticity.
The horse was passed from person to person.
Flashlights were employed.
So were tongues.
In the end it was determined that he was probably a fake, albeit a very convincing one.
The horse you seek is not the horse you will find. Better luck next time, Vicky!

    1. Lol. He's definitely real. However, this particular model was never released in this exact way. Factory mistakes are known to happen, so Vicky was hoping that his black legs and grey hooves were a one of a kind factory goof. However, it seems more likely that he was a known (but rare) variation with aftermarket alterations.
