In addition to being a great friend, Tiffany Purdy is also a supremely talented artist. I often joke that my number one hobby goal is to own every single model Tiffany has ever touched. That's a slight exaggeration, of course, but I am definitely a dedicated collector of Purdy horses.Since we are friends, I get most of my Purdies direct from Tiff.
However, every now and then an older Purdy pops up on MH$P and I am unable to resist.
That's how I obtained my newest Purdy horse, which is a customized Eberl Octopussy resin.
Tiffany originally created this horse for another one of her tackmaker friends, Kathy Wiggins. He was painted in the likeness Kathy's gelding, Oscar so naturally Tiffany named him Oscarpussy.
Usually I like Tiffany's names, but I just can not embrace Oscarpussy.
I've decided to name him Octopurdy instead.
Happiness is a brand new to me Purdy horse standing next to my computer!
