I survived

The holiday season is officially, finally over. The tree is gone. The lights and decorations have been taken down and put away. Most important, the kids are back in school.For the first time in what seems like forever, my house is almost completely quiet. The only noises are the roar of the furnace, the ticking of the clock and the soft breathing sounds of my little old lady dogs sleeping nearby.

Tomorrow I will put in my eight hours at Braymere Custom Saddlery. Today I'm too busy enjoying the quiet.
