The prompt for the Shelter & Share Photo Challenge was "Other hobbies - What are you up to?" I have been spending a lot of time taking model horse photos, but Cookie is all about pajamas, puzzles, potato chips, coffee, brownies and books.
I've made a lot of small tack and prop items for these photo challenges. As is usually the case, I ended up with a lot of extras.
I could keep these, but I think it would be more fun to give them away. From now until the end of April, every comment left on this blog will equal one raffle entry. Old post, new post, multiple posts--it just doesn't matter. All comments count, but if you're posting anonymously, be sure to include your name. The winner will get everything on the table - but not the table itself! - plus whatever else I might decide to include. Good luck, everyone!

I've loved seeing all your photos during this challenge!
ReplyDeleteI am envious of your collection of scale props.
How on earth did you make the tiny puzzle????
ReplyDeleteI found the printable online. The loose pieces (and their empty spaces) were cut our very carefully with a sharp x-acto knife.
DeleteI agree with Margaret, I am envious of your scale prop collection. I am trying to start my own. :)
ReplyDeleteYour mini scale prop making skills are incredible! Seeing your wonderful posts always is a highlight of my day! Keep being awesome!
ReplyDeleteA few days ago I found my leaf paper cutter. Looks like this weekend I'll finally be making a bunch of fall leaves, yay!
ReplyDeleteSeriously impressed by your miniature-making skills!
ReplyDeleteThat is amazing!!!! Love it. :)
ReplyDeleteThis are awesome props. That puzzle is so cool. Jennifer Arsuaga
ReplyDeleteCan we get a tutorial on the tiny pinata?
ReplyDeleteI used this tutorial to get started. I used my own pattern and glue instead of double sided tape, but basically, this is how I did it.
DeleteP.S. I was going to make two, but it was really fiddley and I decided one was enough. Maybe double sided tape would have been better!
I just went and read the pinata tutorial you shared and I see it instructs people to cut a tiny hole, and actually fill it with confetti! Can you imagine doing all that work to make those and then having people smash them? OMG.
DeleteI learned a lot from the one I made, and I suspect subsequent pinatas would be a lot easier. That said... If you smash my pinata, I'm going to smash you!
DeleteAmazing miniatures as always ! I have been wanting to get out the polymer clay and play a bit but I have been too busy .
ReplyDeleteI love seeing all these mini things. The TP cracks me up. How the heck did you cut out those tiny, tiny puzzle pieces without going cross-eyed?
ReplyDeleteBet those are the 4/20 brownies too eh Cookie?
ReplyDeleteThe 4/20 display was hilarious.
ReplyDeleteThe puzzle and little pieces are blowing my mind! Too cute!
ReplyDeleteLove your miniatures and detailed photos! Happy Earth Day.
ReplyDeleteEverything you do gives me alot of inspiration to make small things too <3
ReplyDeleteYou've been far more productive than I have! Love the puzzle, so cute (and so fiddly to make, I'm sure!) ~ Abby

ReplyDeleteImagine, props by Jennifer! Blow the competition away! You are so generous to let these go.
ReplyDeleteI think insanity comes with the trade and I'm glad to be apart of it! I absolutely love making real life things on a miniature level. Though, that puzzle completely blows me away! ~Daphne Headley
ReplyDeleteEnjoying all the photo challenge pics. Who dressed the doll in the Earth day photo? I need one of those purple fleece jackets! Beth Rappleyea
