There's nothing terribly "wrong" with this little blue pad...
but when paired with my fancy new Darla doll and amazing Evelyn Munday saddle... Well, it starts to look a bit inadequate. It's obvious that an upgrade is in order, and I am just the woman for the job.
There's still a long way to go, but my next performance show isn't until September. I think I should have it done by then!

Oh, i wish i was talented!!!! :)
ReplyDeleteCross stitch doesn't really require a ton of talent (at least not at this level). Mostly it takes a lot of patience!
ReplyDeleteShould I take this to mean that we are travelling up the hill?
ReplyDeleteUp the hill with a flatlander! Prepare for a Purdy invasion!
ReplyDeleteSome may never recover.....
DeleteGood or you!!I wish I get myself the time (and patience) to cross stich. Looking very nice!

Arent you going to NAN ?
ReplyDeleteI've never actually been to NAN. I've sent models the last two years, but this year I'm not not even doing that.
ReplyDeleteVery nice pattern on the new pad, can't wait to see the setup all finished :)
ReplyDeleteNo NAN for you? Too bad. I bet you would take some prizes.

Looks good so far. I can't wait to see the finished product! I just bought materials to try my hand at Traditional size halters.
ReplyDeleteYay! Good luck and don't be afraid to drop me a line if you need some help!
