I opened it up, planning to flip through it quickly and get right back to work. Famous last words! I read one article and then another and before I knew it, it was time to pick up the kids. Darn you, Shannon! How am I supposed to get anything done with this sort of distraction?
Haha. I know what you mean. I've never read an issue of that magazine but I will be soon... I wrote a hunter/jumper article that's going to be featured with yours in the July issue. I might become a subscriber then. It definitely sounds like a great mag.
ReplyDeleteMine came today, too :-) Great isn't it!
ReplyDeleteOoh, thanks for reminding me. I don't have a subscription yet but I got the last issue to see what I thought - need to go back and get more. :)
ReplyDeleteYes, time is running while reading such interesting magazines!
ReplyDeleteI'm waiting for my issue too! (Takes longer to germany) There might be one or two pictures of my tack in it...;-))
Spoiler alert for Shanti: Don't read any further if you want to be surprised!
ReplyDeleteThere is indeed a picture of Shanti's tack and it's a teeny weeny harness that makes my current prject seem huge. I just don't know how people can work that small and still do such a good job!
I love that she is giving us a tutorial on how to carve leather. Great little mag!
ReplyDeleteOh really? I'm so excited, it's my first picture of my work in a magazine ever! ;-))
ReplyDeleteI would really love to know how you do those round and smooth edged on the front part of your saddles!
grin* Glad I could help you folks procrastinate :). Started on the next issue and it's already packed with info. It's getting harder to fit stuff in! Thanks for the kudos folks. You're awesome :)!
ReplyDelete(sorry for the double post...had a type I wanted to fix so it shows me deleting the first one)
