I have nothing

It's finally happened. After more than a year of near daily blogging, I have completely run out of things to say. Despite my best intentions, today I have nothing. Probably this is a temporary condition. I've been under a lot of stress lately, and that does take its toll.
Still, I wouldn't mind a little help with topic suggestions--tack tips, performance information, show photos... Please let me know if there's something in particular that you'd like to see. I would also be delighted to publish your guest blogger pieces.
Sorry about the short post. Like I said earlier--today I have nothing!

  1. I've messed around with tack making a bit, and here's my conundrum: how do you keep the horse safe (i.e. not scratched) as you work on custom fit tack? Especially if anything (like a saddle tree) needs to be sculpted (eek, epoxy!). I'd love to see a post on that :) And show photos/ogling photos are ALWAYS fun. Thanks!

  2. yes, do you have little tips like that (not "trade secrets" but the things starting tackmakers might not know).

  3. I would love to know how you get such crisp and clear photos of your tack. I run the web site for the IPABRA Tack Library and as you can tell, I'm having some problems getting great pictures of the tack, especially with lighting.

    Thanks

  5. Thanks for all the suggestions. I've already answered Leah's question and am working on Sophie's. I struggle with lighting, too, Randa but I will try to tackle that subject later.
