It's the twenty third day of NaMoPaiMo.
Although some people are just getting started...

This big pegasus by the young, Slovenian artist, Zoja Makovec is looking amazing.
Zoja has painted with us every February for the last eight years. She has literally grown up with NaMoPaiMo, so I was delighted to see that her goal for this year's model was to challenge herself to revisit her 2017 color, a dark dapple grey to see how far she has come. I pulled up a photo of that model. It's very nice...
but it's nothing like this.
You have come a very long way, Zoja! In fact, you are the NaMoPaiMo Champion of the Day.Congratulations, Zoja, and keep painting. I can not wait to see what you will be doing in another eight years! Good job to everyone who is still working on their models, whatever stage they are in. Tomorrow is another day. Almost anything is possible.
P.S. to Shauna. That last sentence doesn't apply to you. It's never going to happen. You need to give it up and find something else to paint.

Wow! That Pegasus is simply stunning! 🤩
ReplyDeleteI couldn't help but laugh at the last sentence though haha
