NaMoPaiMo day thirteen

Today was truly a too busy to NaMo day for me, but a quick glance at the group page this evening proved that the event runs just fine in my absence. onderful

Perhaps because this is pets day, one post caught my eye in particular.

In it, Meredith Sanders writes: I’ve been getting up every three hours through the night for the last two weeks to take care of my very sick little bunny and between vet visits, medicine, sub q fluids and sheer exhaustion, I’ve finally managed to put a base layer on my model!

I know firsthand how exhausting it is to care for an older, unhealthy animal, and I really appreciate Meredith's commitment, both to her bunny and NaMoPaiMo. For this act of powering through, Meredith is the NaMoPaiMo Champion of the Day.

Congratulations, Meredith. I hope you and Penelopeter have a better night tonight. Good job to everyone who worked on their models today. Reward yourself by playing with your pets!
