Wild ride

It turns out that I was worrying about all the wrong things. The problem wasn't demand.

It was supply. Or more accurately, getting the supply to the people.

Everything was right on track until 11:54 AM. That's when Piper went outside and came back in on three legs, screaming at the top of her lungs. Darcy joined in. It was so loud.

I caught Piper and determined that her injuries were not life threatening. Then I went back to my studio. It was 12:02. My sale was already two minutes late. No big deal, I thought, as I clicked on the "publish all" button. Except then it was a big deal, because none of my listings would load.

Of course, while this was happening, my notifications were pinging away. "Did I miss it?" "What's happening?" "Has everything sold?"

I switched gears and started publishing items individually. Then I tried another group upload, and this time it worked. My BreyerFest sale went live at 12:09 PM and sold out eleven minutes later. 

That was scary, frustrating and exhilarating all at the same time. Welcome to BreyerFest!
