Gift exchange

A couple months ago, I sent a box of gifts to one of my favorite young bloggers and tackmakers, Jamie Choe of Model Horses Galore
This was partly a NaMoPaiMo prize, but mostly, my way of supporting and encouraging a hard working hobby kid.

Today I came home from the barn and found a package from Jamie sitting on the dining room table. "Oh no," I said to James, who was eating his breakfast at noon. "She really didn't need to do that."
I opened it and found two quilted, white-on-white, English saddle pads. Now I own a lot of saddle pads, but most are colorful or patterned. I was just thinking that I needed to make buy something a little more classic. Now I don't have to. Hurray!
But that's not all...
I also found three bandanas for three dogs.
Each bandana is embroidered with the dog's name.
Instead of tying around the neck, the slip right over the collar for a perfect fit.
I love them!
This was such a thoughtful box of gifts. Thank you, Jamie. You really didn't need to do that, but I'm so glad you did!

  1. I’m glad that the bandanas fit! I wasn’t sure what size to sew them so I kind of eye balled it based off pictures. :)

  2. They are so cute in their new clothes! Yay piper, Emma, and Darcy!

  3. The bandannas are so thoughtful
