I couldn't hold NaMoPaiMo without Ryan's help, so a few days ago, Emma and I went over to his townhouse to work on the new website.
It was a productive work session and also, a nice visit.
While we were talking, Ryan mentioned that his friend, Jade, would like to meet Olive. Yesterday we made that happen.
It was the first time she'd ever sat on a horse. She did great.
When she was done, Ryan took her place.
Best pony ever.As good as that was, my favorite part of the day was the feeding of the olives.
Unlike me, Ryan is a big fan of olives, and he decided it was time to see if Olive would eat an olive. He brought two different types, California black pearl and Greek Kalamata.
California was first.
Olive did not hesitate.
Down the hatch.Thoughtful chewing.
She chewed and chewed and chewed. For a few moments, it really looked like Olive liked olives. Then she spit it out and steadfastly refused to try another.
Nope, not happening.
For scientific purposes, he also offered her a Kalamata. Here's video.Good girl, Olive. I always knew you were a smart one.
