The last few days have been a blur of work, Olive, prepping, priming, prepping again, repriming and in-law drama. I am desperately in need of distraction, and look, here it is in the form of a Never Have I Ever prompt from Sputter Moo Productions. Let's do this!
Owned a Lady Phase. Check! Check! Check! Check! Check! I have owned many, and I still own this one. I bought her many, many years ago at a Toys R Us in Metairie, Louisiana. Her name is Honeymoon Sweet.
Gone To BreyerFest. Three checks, 2017, 2019 and 2022. I'm not picking a favorite. They were all great.
Touched a vintage decorator. I like the phrasing of this one. While I have never owned a vintage decorator, I have definitely touched one. Perhaps not this one, but whatever.Owned a run of less than one hundred. I'm not a Breyer rarities collector, and I don't have any extremely low-run models. I do have a lot of low run resins. Does that count?
Customized a model. I have customized many models, but I think the only actual Breyer I've customized from start to finish is Velma.
Squeezed a blind bag. In 2019, I transported several doesn't blind bag Mini Whinnies to Europe for my Dutch and German friends. Not gonna lie, I squeezed every bag.
Owned an Adios mold. I have one. His name is Ghost Stories, and he's beautiful. Too bad he's also disintegrating.
Gone to BreyerWest. As far as I'm concerned, BreyerWest is BreyerBest. I attended two Oregon BreyerWests and all three of the Denver BreyerWests so far.
Stood in the SR tent line. If you've gone to BreyerFest, you've stood in that line!
Spent too much money at CHIN room sales. Define too much money.
Requested a sales list via snail mail. Oh, honey. I'm old. Of course, I've done this.
Owned a decorator. This counts, right? I had a gold charm clock horse once, but he is long gone.
Conga-ed a mold. Not intentionally, but sometimes congas happen.
Owned a traditional Alborozo. Yes, and he's gorgeous.
Talked to my models. Don't judge me.
Gone to a live show. LOL.
Shown in a photo show. Double LOL.
Met the real horse that inspired the model. This is another thing that happens if you go to BreyerFest.
Collected Mini Whinnies. I don't really collect them per se, but my dolls do. Close enough, right?Accidentally bought a horse I already owned. Look, it was a really good deal. You can't make me feel guilty.
Owned a Khemosabi mold. Breyer Khemosabi? No. Sarah Rose Khemosabi? Everything but the head!
Referred to a Khemosabi as "Khemosausage". This is a freebie. We've all done that.

Won a BreyerFest raffle model. Well, I sat next to someone who won one.
Collected variations of the same model. I might possibly still have two Danis. I think that counts.
Bought a model I don't like because it's rare. I did this a few times when I was younger, and mostly, they weren't really that rare.
Witnessed the aftermath of model "dominoes". Ugh, yes. No photos of an accidental pile-up, but here's a carefully engineered Purdy pile.
Owned a Proud Arabian Stallion mold. I still own him, and he is glorious.
Owned a resist dapple grey. Yay! Another excuse to share pictures of Star Spangled!
Owned a Vintage Club model. So many vintage models, so few - actually none - Vintage Club models.
Taken a model on a vacation. I took a model horse onto the Eiffel Tower and into the Paris Catacombs. I win this one!
Owned a blue model. I don't intentionally buy blue, but sometimes it finds me.
One thing I did not do was tally up - or even keep track of - my points. This was fun, but really, I don't care. I think we all know I'm pretty much a lifer as far as the whole hobby things goes.
