It was cold and blustery yesterday. I turned Olive out, expecting fireworks, but all she did was stand next to fence, pointing north towards her Wyoming homeland.
The wind was howling, and her tail was blowing all over the place.
That got me thinking.
Model horse hobbyists love the windblown look.
Clearly, this was a perfect opportunity to take reference photos.
Lots...
and lots...
and lots...
of reference pictures.
Olive's tail is nice and thick, and the hair is a medium texture.
It's not fine like an Arabian or Thoroughbred, but it's not coarse.
The rest of the post is just a bunch of pictures of hair moving this way,
that way,
all the ways.
I hope someone will find this useful.
If not...
Well, I hope you enjoy pictures of my horse's butt.
It's a very cute butt.
Good girl, Olive.
Maybe next time you can run and buck a little?
Whatever.
P.S. I know today is Thursday, but I took these pictures yesterday. Post title is legit.
