Technically, BreyerFest Wednesday doesn't exist. There are no official events, either at the Kentucky Horse Park or the host hotel. It's a travel day, a day of arrivals and reunions, the last quiet moments before the storm.
Tiffany and I stayed in her usual room on the second floor by the elevator. I took a photo before we unloaded the Suburban.
And after. In 2017, three of stayed in this room and did room sales. I honestly don't know how we managed.
This year, Tiffany was selling at the Artisan's Gallery, but there was one pre-arranged room sale that happened Wednesday night. Congratulations, Lara! It's a big, beautiful girl!Once that was done, we headed out. The hotel walls were already covered in signs.
I took lots of photos. Some were to remind where to find people I wanted to see.
Others were just because I like the signs. So cute!
We visited with the Bogucki sisters, Kathi and Sheri.
We admired this big, beautiful bronze by their late father, Ed...
and I petted Kathi's adorable sidekick, Chico.
Our next stop was Liz LaRose and Barb Ness's room.As per usual, I could not resist taking pictures of Tiffany torturing Liz. Somethings just never get old.
This was Olive's first BreyerFest, but already she was room shopping like a pro. Look at these lovely new additions to her collection!
It felt so good to be back in Kentucky. We could have easily talked the night away, but sometimes you do actually need to sleep during BreyerFest. We took a photo for our husbands and went to bed.
BreyerFest Wednesday may not technically exist, but even so, this was a pretty great way to start the festivities.

Oh, it exists. It's the start of the social rounds, as your pix so amply depict. Congrats to little Olive!
