Another Purdy halter

There are entirely too many things going on in my life right now, and I'm having trouble concentrating on anything larger than a halter.  Today's studio time was spent on this:
Khemotigre is an Aashiq resin sculpted by Ed Bogucki and painted by Tiffany Purdy.  Like BFF, he's been slightly customized to make him more tack friendly.  I dunno, it's almost like that Purdy woman thinks I'm going to show these horses in performance someday!  Ha!

  1. oh my god! now THAT is a arab show halter! this is the 1st arab show halter I think.. hat really looks like on and in the correct scale.. I just love it! I have got to get one.. somehow.. lol how much are they I have my arab resin Id love to do something with... and it needs tack!
I just love your tack anyways...

  2. Thanks Becky, what a nice compliment! I don't make a lot of Arabian show halters but I always enjoy them. They're as much like jewelry as tack. I could make you something similar. Email me privately if you're really interested.

  3. I agree, that is an awesome arab halter! How did you make it? And what did you make it with? Could you make me one too? Mary Butler

  4. Gorgeous halter! Nice and refined :)

  5. Wow i thought that was a real horse and halter at first!!!
