The scenery was spectacular.
Make that breathtaking.
But the real highlight of the day was our little Eldhestar Exclusive 8F group - aka the Garbage Club.
I can't believe I've only known these people - minus Karen, of course - just a little over three days.
It feels so much longer...
and I mean that in the best possible way.
When we got to the official video part of our ride, our guide, Karin, told us to gallop past her one by one so we could each have a separate video. Almost immediately, we all decided we wanted to gallop together in a group. She was not a huge fan of this plan, but she she let us do it, and it was so much fun.
I love these people, and I love this place.

ReplyDelete2 questions--if you don't mind! ONE--What's the temperature there?? We see you bundled up (ok-ok--Iceland--*duh*!!) but there's no snow on the ground??? What season are they in??(spring, summer, fall, winter??)
ReplyDeleteQuestion 2-- Why do you ride 3 horses every day?? How far can the horses travel?? How long are your trail rides??
