Here are a few things I know about myself. I am a really good tackmaker...
and a most excellent blogger.
I am probably one of the world's best dog moms,
and I like to think I do a good job mothering my human children, too.
Additionally, I suspect I'm a pretty good wife,
and a reasonably competent rider.
I am not, however, a very good housekeeper.

Most of the time I can justify my messiness with anti-housecleaning memes like this...

There are times, though, when I really want my house to look better. Seth's parents are coming for a visit, so now is one of those times.
Between the last minute, frantic house cleaning and the visit itself, I don't expect to have a lot of extra time for this weekend. Things will probably be pretty quiet here unless someone gets a wild hair and submits a guest blogger post (hint, hint!).

ReplyDeleteHaha, I'm definitely in the same camp as you - creative things first, housework...meehhhhh. Having said that, I did tidy my room and organise all my modelmaking supplies the other day so I'm not all that bad.
ReplyDeleteI'd love to be a guest blogger but I don't think I'd really have much to contribute unless you wanted a post on how to make wooden fencing/jumps look all old and weathered!
