There's always been a lot of overlap between my real and model horse lives, so I wasn't completely surprised to walk into the show barn yesterday and find a box of Breyers waiting for me.
These belong to my trainer friend, Sarah. She's cleaning house and wanted to make sure there wasn't anything of great value before she donated them to Goodwill.
Most of them were average childhood, carpet herd specimens, although this one might have been exciting if his condition was a little less terrible.Of course, I couldn't resist staging a meeting of the mustangs.
I told my doctor that my horse doesn't mind spending time with me, but I suspect she wishes there was less of this nonsense!
I left the Semi Rearing Mustang on the shelf in Olive's run. He belongs to her now.
The rest of Sarah's herd is available for adoption. Rehoming fees are extremely reasonable. Let me know if you're interested.

I would take the Classic Man O War if you don't find a more deserving home for him.
ReplyDeleteNot supposed to be anonymous. Regan O'Keefe!
DeleteIt's not obvious in the photo, but he's missing most of an ear. Definitely a body horse, but a good body horse.
DeleteIf nobody ends up wanting the Gem Twist and palomino Paso Fino I might be able to give them a home 😊
ReplyDeleteGem Twist is spoken for. The Paso Fino is available.
DeleteIf nobody claims it by tomorrow let me know :)
ReplyDeleteDear Jennifer,
ReplyDeleteI would like to adopt them all. But that depends on the cost/shipping price. Unfortunately I live in Germany....
(I'm particularly interested in Legionario and Secretariat.)
With kind regards,
Ulrike
