I've been holding out on you.
Earlier this summer, I spent a week judging the Original Finish Performance Division of the 2014 MEPSA Championship Show. This is a dream assignment for anyone who loves high quality performance showing as much as I do. The classes are huge and the caliber of the competition is every bit as high as it is at NAN or BreyerFest Live. In case you don't believe me, check out today's post. Have you ever seen a live show Packing class with entries like these?
Many thanks to Kim Jacobs for allowing me to share her pictures. Kim is one of the most creative and talented performance showers in the model horse hobby. Her entries are meticulously researched and show amazing attention to detail. Best of all, nearly everything you see (tack, props, dolls) was made by Kim!

omg so cute, you need a TinTin and Snowy!
ReplyDeleteKim is so talented and inventive. I love the dodo!
ReplyDeleteOne of the many things I love about Kim's pictures is use of humor. The caption for the photo with the dodo reads: Ornithologist, Dr. Robin Byrd is missing the greatest rediscovery of the century!
DeleteAs a former scout I love the last one!
ReplyDeleteI think the soldier sharing the banana is the best! So many great longears!
ReplyDeleteThank you Kim for being so willing to share! Your set ups are always incredible. And thank you Jennifer for uploading them at full size so we could really see all the amazing detail!
ReplyDeleteI need to step up my pack sets! These are fabulous!
ReplyDeleteIs it just me or are these pictures the most adorable things ever?
ReplyDeleteBeautiful!
