Participants in the barn photo scavenger hunt were given this list of items to find and tasks to perform.
- Selfie of you and your horse
- Bridge
- Something inflated
- Flowers
- Shadow Silhouette
- Sunrise or Sunset
- Get the Mail
- Hay bale. Straddle the haybale. Try to side pass the hay bale.
- Photo under something
- Stand on a tarp
Some required a lot of thinking and planning. Others were extremely easy. This post looks at three of the easy ones: Bridge, Mail and Tarp.
Our regular morning walk takes us over two bridges.
Sage barely notices them anymore. The only real challenge is preventing her from grabbing leaves off the nearby trees.
Heh.
This is a pretty basic photo, but I like the feeling of connection between Sage and I.
Onto Get the Mail! There are even more mailboxes on our morning walk than there are bridges.
Sage has never paid them any attention except as another place for illicit snacks.
I grabbed a mailer from work and put some clanky things inside it to hopefully take her attention off eating for at least a moment or two.
Success!
Finally, Stand on a Tarp.
I saw Sage walk over a tarp on the day I met her, and she's stood on several in the months since then.
This was easy peasy.
Good girl, Sage. Four down, six to go!
