Sunrise wasn't the only scavenger hunt photo Carol helped me with. She also played a key role in Flowers.
Our regular walking route is decorated with all sorts of weed type flowers, most of which Sage finds mighty tasty.Yum.It would have been real easy to just take a picture of her with a big flowery bush, but that felt a little too obvious. Instead, I decided we should dress Sage up like a flower bedecked unicorn.
Here's the one I went with.Similarly, Shadow Silhouette was another case of KISS. I tried really hard to make something interesting, both in the ring...and on the trail...
ha!
...before settling on this basic but classic image.Seven down, three to go.
It was fun, and she looked pretty cute, but ultimately, this just didn't say flowers to me.
So we tried again, this time without the fancy clothes. We almost lost Sage in the flower bush.Never coming up for air again.
That's better. Here's the one I went with.Similarly, Shadow Silhouette was another case of KISS. I tried really hard to make something interesting, both in the ring...and on the trail...

After you do all of the real horse pictures, you (or someone else) should recreate them in model form!
ReplyDeleteIt's like you can read my mind :D
DeleteI especially liked the photo you chose for shadows!

Really looking forward to Inflatable! Last weekend there were moonlight shadows but the phone cameras couldn't handle it.
ReplyDeleteInflatable is so good, it's probably going to require two posts.
