NaMoPaiMo showcase: Catriona Harris

 Correct me if I'm wrong, but I think Catriona Harris' 2025 horse is the smallest model ever painted during NaMoPaiMo.

She writes: I have a lot of regrets. My back has a lot of regrets. My eyes have a lot of regrets. But she is done and has her own tiny bell jar to live in.

She is painted to a shaded black. Yes, there is shading. Yes I do regret everything. No, I didn't paint her eyes or hooves, I literally couldn't see them. She's fluffy, they're probably covered in fluff.

I used acrylics and ultra fine brushes to start but I couldn't get the look right. I then said f this and used some pastels to get shading and it actually worked. She isn't sealed, I do have limits. 

She does look quite nice, but is impossible to photograph. I have included a picture with a Maggie Bennett mini I'm working on so you can get a real sense of size. It makes her look like a giant! She's been named CRS Tardigrade because...obviously!
