Round Ten: Anything Goes

This one hurts.

Candyland Live was held Saturday, November 2nd, just a few days before the general election. Although I definitely had concerns, I was still somewhat hopeful. My entry for the last class, Anything Goes, reflected that hope.

In it, I depict a horse and rider sprinting towards a ballot box to cast their vote.
Horse and rider are wearing blue and carrying a shrunk down Arapahoe County ballot. The blue ribbon symbolizes victory.
The ballot box was designed and printed by my son, Ryan. Teresa Buzzell created the signage.
A blue coin for my blue entry!
All told, Olive won eight of the ten performance classes, which easily propelled her to the Overall Performance Championship.
Based on her strong performances in Diamonds Are Forever and Rainbow Brite, Regan OKeefe's Framboesa claimed the Reserve title.
I really enjoyed showing performance at Candyland Live. Thank you, Heather, for creating such a fun class list. That was definitely worth coming out of retirement for!
And, please, no comments on the election. I'm not ready to talk about that yet.
