Olive wasn't the only Buxton animal to go under the knife in June. A week and a half ago, my dear, sweet Emma dog had a large mass removed from her forehead.
Initially, the vet had thought it was benign, but after removal, she was concerned with the appearance of some of the cells. We sent it to pathology, and it was a long week's wait to learn, yes, in fact it was benign.
Emma and Olive saw their respective vets today. They are both healing well, and I am truly so thankful.
That said, wow, June was an expensive month.I am laughing about it, because what else can I do? Still, I really hope this month is a lot less eventful.
Happy July, everyone!

For us, it’s vet bills combined with major appliance repairs. Air conditioning, garbage disposal, Buster got cellulitis. A very expensive June !
