I want this week to be fun and festive for all of my Virtual BreyerFest friends, so I've decided to host a free raffle. From now until the end of BreyerFest, every comment left on this blog will equal one raffle entry. Old post, new post, multiple posts--it just doesn't matter. All comments count, but if you're posting anonymously, be sure to include your name. The winner will receive a small item made by me. This will probably be a halter...
but could also be a bridle...
or an assortment of 1:9 scale props.
Of course, if the winner would rather have a nice - but not terribly valuable - horse from my sales box, that can also be arranged.
Truth be told, there are going to be two winners: One from the general population of blog readers and another from the current list of readers who also support the blog via a Ko-fi subscription.
Just remember, this raffle is for virtual BreyerFest attendees - official or otherwise - only. If you're going to be at the Kentucky Horse Park or Clarion this week, you're not eligible.
Good luck, everyone! I hope we all have a wonderful BreyerFest!

I am definately having FOMO! (Karen Malcor-Chapman)
ReplyDeleteI'm not going this year. I hope to get into an every-other-year rhythm going forward if I can make it work with timing (BF always falls the same week as my anniversary) and finances. The downside of living on the west coast is that Kentucky takes four full days of driving each way... or flying with all of your models. I feel like I lucked out this year in that the BCC theme class didn't appeal to me, so I could take a year off guilt-free!
ReplyDeleteYou're always so generous!
ReplyDeleteThank you for your contest. It's hard to be stuck at home during Breyerfest. Your contest makes it a little easier.
ReplyDeleteGood luck to everyone. Have never been to Breyerfest but hope to get there someday soon.

DeleteYou always think of the big picture Jennifer. Thank you.
DeleteI appreciate your blog! Thanks for keeping us in the loop
ReplyDeleteI’ve never been to Breyerfest. I keep saying maybe next year…
ReplyDeleteI'm not doing Breyerfest in person or virtually so I can't enter the raffle but I still like posting to your blog.
ReplyDeleteHope everyone attending either way has a great time.
You don't have to have a virtual BreyerFest ticket to qualify for this raffle. I figure if you're reading my blog, you're doing in unofficially, and that counts :D
DeleteUnfortunately I’m not attending either in person or online :/ but I’m already saving up for next year!!! I LOVE your blog and and would LOVE to win the raffle! Good luck to everyone entering; and to everyone at Breyerfest: HAVE FUN!!!!!
ReplyDeleteThe loveliest as always! My hobby time is minimal these days, but even just seeing a couple of photos of your tack has me itching to make something 😅
ReplyDeleteLove this, and you! Thank you for this, we are embracing the JOMO!!!
ReplyDeleteThanks so much for doing this! One day I hope to make it to BF but for now I’ll happily live vicariously.
ReplyDeleteSuch a sweet idea!!! I haven’t been to BreyerFest in many years but hope to make the trek again someday! ❤️
ReplyDeleteThis always scares me because you have to compete with so many others who also want to win! (Personally--I hate competing!! I just want you to give it to ME!! MINE!! MINE!! Hehe!)
ReplyDelete*If(by some wild chance) I DO win, I'd *love* to get either the bridle or halter!
GOOD LUCK to everyone!! This should be FUN!! just ME -myself
This is such a fun, kind thing to do! I'm sadly not attending in person or virtually. I have been enjoying all the customs and dioramas you been posting about though. Thanks for doing what you do!

Just wanted to say i love your blog and always look forward to seeing new posts (especially about olive!!)
ReplyDeleteHope everyone has an amazing breyerfest week whether in person, virtual, or by reading through other people experiences like me lol!
Thank you, Jennifer! I´ve never been at Breyerfest. Since i am from austria it would be a big thing but it´s on my bucket list. ;-)
ReplyDeleteThis is really awesome Jennifer, thank you. I’ve followed Breyer for many years but have never been able to go to B-Fest. I became Mom young so adulting kept me back, and then became Mom again much later (paired with an influx of health troubles which dramatically decreased my spoons), so I'm still back here, watching from the west, promising myself “one day.”
ReplyDeleteI did manage a diorama entry this year though!
I’ll be streaming all weekend (thank goodness for BF Online) and combing the groups for reveals! Got my stash of snacks all ready to go!
I hope you enjoy your virtual ‘fest. Thank you for always sharing such fun posts.

Such a great opportunity! I have yet to go to an in-person Breyerfest but I’ve been having fun taking part in the virtual side. One day I hope to go in person!

ReplyDeleteThis such a nice idea! I have that red halter (unfortunately in pieces - it went through the washing machine ðŸ˜)
ReplyDeleteI was ok with not going until I started seeing the post and then I got a little blue. But I am enjoying following along via the internet, hope all my attending friends have a great time!
ReplyDeleteBeing international breyerfest is a far far away dream sadly. Been loving the content you post.

This is so kind of you! Love this idea for those of us staying home.
ReplyDeleteMaybe in a few years time I will finally make it to BreyerFest! It's on my bucket list but it's expensive travelling there from the Netherlands, and now I want to wait until my kids are old enough that I can leave them for a week or two. I guess that gives me time to save up, haha!
ReplyDeleteWhat a great idea to do a virtual raffle! I'll be entering! Lynn
ReplyDeleteYay! Count me in!
ReplyDeleteIm definitely making the best of Breyerfest from home. Thank you for doing this!

I found out I was pregnant after Breyerfest 2022 so this year I wasn’t able to attend having a newborn. So we’re stuck at home virtually this year! Thanks for helping to keep it fun with a raffle!
ReplyDeleteHere's my entry! Thank you for doing this!
ReplyDeleteHere's my entry!
ReplyDeleteThis is so generous! I'm in Canada and have really appreciated the virtual options available the past couple of years. I've got a stack of workshop supplies and possibly some "cocktail bombs" ready to go for the weekend.
ReplyDeleteGreat idea! Yes please! DC
ReplyDeleteGot too many furbabies at home so I can't go, but I'm really excited for so many of the models this year. Hope the surprise draft is Georg!
ReplyDeleteThank you so much for this opportunity. I've never left a comment on your blog before, despite following it since 2012! Lots of things have changed since then. Always a big fan. — A. Graves
ReplyDeleteHow Awesome! And all the potential raffle items look wonderful as well!
ReplyDeleteThank you for your time and effort bringing this blog to us!!
ReplyDeleteHow about help me put together a bridle where I purchased the pieces but haven't made the time? It won't fit Olive, though.
ReplyDeleteThat's so kind and generous of you Jennifer! Such a lovely idea!
ReplyDeleteBreyerfest is too far away for me to attend in real life but I do enjoy reading about it and seeing everyone's horses :)

Almost hoping it’s my second choice instead of my first now lol. Wish I could go in person.. maybe next year though!
