RaffleFest

I want this week to be fun and festive for all of my Virtual BreyerFest friends, so I've decided to host a free raffle. From now until the end of BreyerFest, every comment left on this blog will equal one raffle entry. Old post, new post, multiple posts--it just doesn't matter. All comments count, but if you're posting anonymously, be sure to include your name. The winner will receive a small item made by me. This will probably be a halter...
but could also be a bridle...
or an assortment of 1:9 scale props.
Of course, if the winner would rather have a nice - but not terribly valuable - horse from my sales box, that can also be arranged.
Truth be told, there are going to be two winners: One from the general population of blog readers and another from the current list of readers who also support the blog via a Ko-fi subscription.
Just remember, this raffle is for virtual BreyerFest attendees - official or otherwise - only. If you're going to be at the Kentucky Horse Park or Clarion this week, you're not eligible.
Good luck, everyone! I hope we all have a wonderful BreyerFest!

  2. I'm not going this year. I hope to get into an every-other-year rhythm going forward if I can make it work with timing (BF always falls the same week as my anniversary) and finances. The downside of living on the west coast is that Kentucky takes four full days of driving each way... or flying with all of your models. I feel like I lucked out this year in that the BCC theme class didn't appeal to me, so I could take a year off guilt-free!

  3. Thank you for your contest. It's hard to be stuck at home during Breyerfest. Your contest makes it a little easier.

    1. You don't have to have a virtual BreyerFest ticket to qualify for this raffle. I figure if you're reading my blog, you're doing in unofficially, and that counts :D

  13. This always scares me because you have to compete with so many others who also want to win! (Personally--I hate competing!! I just want you to give it to ME!! MINE!! MINE!! Hehe!)
*If(by some wild chance) I DO win, I'd *love* to get either the bridle or halter!
GOOD LUCK to everyone!! This should be FUN!! just ME -myself

  17. This is really awesome Jennifer, thank you. I’ve followed Breyer for many years but have never been able to go to B-Fest. I became Mom young so adulting kept me back, and then became Mom again much later (paired with an influx of health troubles which dramatically decreased my spoons), so I'm still back here, watching from the west, promising myself “one day.”
I did manage a diorama entry this year though!
I’ll be streaming all weekend (thank goodness for BF Online) and combing the groups for reveals! Got my stash of snacks all ready to go!
I hope you enjoy your virtual ‘fest. Thank you for always sharing such fun posts.

  24. Maybe in a few years time I will finally make it to BreyerFest! It's on my bucket list but it's expensive travelling there from the Netherlands, and now I want to wait until my kids are old enough that I can leave them for a week or two. I guess that gives me time to save up, haha!
