(Saddle pad) painting party

Everyone knows I love a good painting party...

So it's no surprise that one of my favorite community outreach events at work is saddle pad painting day.

We provide the saddle pads, art supplies and space. 

The results are fun,

surprising...

and often occasionally impressive.

I worked noon to close yesterday, so the party was in full swing when I arrived.

The best kind of chaos.

As luck would have it, my friends, Trisha and Shawnee, were there, too.

Of course, I made them paint some saddle pads.

After a slow start, Trisha got into it.

This was a fun day, and it really made me want to paint... something!
