On Saturday, Fabian...
Jenn and I...
attended the second day of the American Eventing Championships, which were held at the Colorado Horse Park in Parker, Colorado.
When we arrived, the entire competition was on hold due to thunderstorms in the area. Fortunately, it wasn't too long before the weather cleared and the horses retook the course.
We spent several enjoyable hours watching a zillion Beginner Novice horses tackle the jumps.
One of these was Michael Graham, the owner of Volte Farms where both Jenn and Teresa ride.
He and his half Friesian mare, Coco, had a fast, clear round on their way to an overall tenth place finish. Yay, Team Volte!
As you would expect, Fabian liked all the greys,
Jenn rooted for the horses with really bright tack...
and I fell in love with all the ponies.
This one's name is Little Elf.
I really do love him.
This was such a fun day!
Thank you for spending it with me, Fabian and Jenn!

  1. I'm with Jenn, but I like them all. I've never been to this place. Thanks for sharing!
