Quadruped

A couple days ago Erin Corbett made a post about forgetting that horses somehow all have four legs.

It was funny so I gave it a laugh react. But also, I was like, "Come on, Erin. No one forgets that horses have four legs."
Well.
I bought two pairs of neoprene splint boots for Sage's Halloween costume.
That's four boots, one for each leg.
each leg pointing in a different direction
We tried them on, and although the fit was okay, I was not enamored with the look.
also, fly mask number seven
I decided to see if I could find some cheap, royal blue, over the knee socks that would be delivered before the party on Sunday.
Success!
With that done, I moved on to other projects. It wasn't until many hours later that I remembered Sage has four legs.
each leg going in a different direction
I logged back onto Amazon and placed another order. Both pairs - all four socks! - arrived today. Phew!
Anyway, my apologies to Erin. It is actually possible to forget that horses have four legs. Who'd have thought?
