This was Kara Bowman's second year participating in NaMoPaiMo. She started the month the way everyone should, with a prepped and primed model and tons of enthusiasm.
She worked diligently on her model throughout February.
Here's how she looked on the last day of the month.
Then disaster struck. Kara writes: She was going to be my best model to date. Then I went to give her a final matte seal and picked up the wrong can of spray paint. I sprayed primer all over her show side. I tried to scrub it off and ended up peeling the paint. I was devastated. but this group really helped me get back up on my feet. I airbrushed her again the next day after the incident, and have been fixing her since the beginning of March.
Fortunately, this community really helped me get back up on my feet. I airbrushed her again the next day after the incident, first to roan.
The back back to chestnut with subtle roaning.I have been fixing her since the beginning of March.
And now, she's done!
Other side.
Deets!

Thank you! I am so thankful to be added to this blog, and to finally have this girl done! I appreciate everyone who helped motivate me to get her done 🫶
