Fruit box paintaway

Yesterday evening, Angelo and I went over to Heather's house to paint a whole bunch of Fruit Box Stowaways.

Fruit Box Stowaways are a line of blind box craft kits sold by Kaleidos Creative.
Each box contains one napping animal, their favorite munchies, a shipping box to pack them into, paint and a paintbrush.
There's also a very basic instruction book.
We opened our boxes - two capabaras, two deer and a toucan - and went to work.
Angelo and I both brought some additional art supplies.
Also, there were blind box pigeons, because why not.
I ended up with one capybara set plus the toucan, but I spent most of my time painting fruit.
I discovered that I really like painting bananas. Who would have guessed?
Angelo painted a deer...
so cute!
and Heather painted a deer and a capybara.
This was so much fun.
Thank you to Angelo and Heather for painting with me.
I can't wait to do it again!
