In case there is any doubt about Sage's Shetland pony heritage, I present this proof.
Girlfriend got a little bored while I was home with Covid and took it out on her Breyer.
The damage.I was able to prop him back up on her shelf, next to the rubber chicken.
Note, the Pony sign is no longer there. She did a number on that, too.I don't care how tall you are, baby girl.
You are totally a Sh!tland Pony!

Hahaha!! That's funny!! Who knew horses could be so destructive?? Poor Breyer!! Having dogs yourself, I know you *know* animals will find a way to entertain themselves if left to their own devices!!
ReplyDeleteHave you seen some of those videos where the dogs eat holes in the walls or completely demolish a couch??!! ( I'm surprised that you didn't have one of your barn buddies let her out for a short period of time during your down time!! Not judging by any means--you know your circumstances!!)
At least Sage wasn't hurt annnnd Breyers can be repaired!(Haven't you mentioned that you *didn't * collect O.F's?? Now you have an original piece of art ---even if it isn't a resin!! )
Sage is still a "cutie-poo tootie" --even if she IS part "sheetland" pony!! 😃!
Oh trust me, Sage was not neglected in my absence. She went out to the field with her friends every day, just like always.
DeleteHere's a thought! Maybe Sage missed you!(or her "brothers and sisters ") and took it out on the Breyer because it didn't nicker back at her or swish tails with her??
ReplyDeleteOrrrrrr--could she be offended that you called her a "pony"??!!
For a moment I took 'girlfriend' literally, remembering the time I once tried to destroy a model horse. (They're much tougher than they look.) Now, I'm just glad Sage isn't the perfect susie-q she could have been! I'm also glad you're not worried (?) about where the missing leg could be...
