The Western Performance section of the BreyerWest Open Show started with a pair of "cow classes": Stockwork and Roping.
Both of these were two entry affairs, with models owned by Niki Hertzog...
and Paige Palen.
As we got further into the class list, two more Dundees joined the fray.
This one is owned by Teresa Buzzell.
The other was owned by Anna Miller. I somehow missed getting a picture of him, but all three were very well shown.
Check out the flickering flame in this set-up!
Dundee is a fabulous performance horse.
The same can be said for Roxy, particularly with this sort of customization.Still, the model that made the biggest impression was Paige's Purdy Zippin Chic.
Showing a trotting horse Western can be hard, but Paige did a fabulous job of it.
Everyone of her entries was well planned and well executed with documentation that was perfectly on point.Another sectional championship title!
Congratulations, Paige, and thank you to Niki, Teresa and Anna for bringing out your English is next!

Normally I don't like cold colors, but the back of that blue-gray rider is a work of art.
