This and that

I don't know what it is with dinosaurs and model horse hobbyists, but it's definitely a thing. 

Everyone wanted the T. rex/horse hybrid that Shauna McDaniel created for the Resin Renaissance raffle.

Lisa Esping was the lucky winner. 

For some people, the disappointment was real.

Levi Kroll decided to make his own dinosaur horse - while still at BreyerFest - using things he could source locally. Fortunately, he'd brought epoxy and paint with him to finish up some of his sales horses. The dinosaurs came from a thrift shop, and the skull came from Maggie's booth. 

This one is the opposite of Shauna's. It's a horse skull on a dinosaur body.

And done! Congratulations, Levi. That was truly a Championship endeavor.
