Emotional support pony

Not going to lie: This has been a really terrible week.

A friendship I thought was a to death do you part kind of thing turned out to be... not that.
I am bereft and have been leaning heavily on my emotional support pony.
She's cute, right?
That's pretty much all I have for today. I'm spent. It's been awful, and I don't expect it to get better any time soon.

  3. Oh, Jennifer, that's awful, I'm so sorry you're going through that. I lost who I thought was my (and Chris's) closest BFF around the time we moved. It took me the better part of a year to stop hurting every day. Wishing you healing and other hearts to lean into. ❤️

  4. I feel your pain, it’s a weird set of emotions to process enjoy your emotional support pony and if you want a guest blog post to keep things active I have one about painting some really really tiny models I’d be happy to share

    2. Ouch. Sorry for you Jennifer. Your week WILL get better. At least it's the weekend. Spend it on what makes you happy and let Olive give you the TLC treatment. Horses see to know what is wrong and how to make you feel better. Really sorry that that happened to you. AC

  5. I have mourned the loss of friendships that meant a great deal to me several times. It hurts so much, and I’m so sorry this happened to you. You deserve only kind, caring and LOYAL people as your friends because you are an excellent friend yourself.

Perhaps your friend will come back into your life one day, if you want them to. One of mine eventually did thanks to FB and while it’s not the same, I’m very grateful that we’re in touch.

Glad you have your human family, your doggies and Olive, of course, to help cheer you up!
