Fun Sunday

Today Fabian, Angelo and I drove up to Fort Collins to attend a pow wow. 

We arrived early, which gave us plenty of time to peruse the art market offerings.
Then we sat down to listen to the drums and singers and watch the dancers. Fabian did a great job of explaining what we were seeing. I didn't feel comfortable taking many photos, but it was very inspiring. I definitely would like to try my hand at some 1:9 scale regalia someday.
After the pow wow, we picked up James and went to lunch.
The only thing better than the food was the company.
We dropped off James and headed back to Fabian's home in Thornton. I meant to only stay for a few minutes, but the lure of his hobby room is impossible to resist.
It's so clean and organized.
I love looking at all the old and new things.
This custom by Angelo is amazing!
Since Fabian had driven all day, I took Angelo home. Of course, we stopped by the barn to see Olive!
This was such a fun day. I'm so glad we did that. I can't wait to do it again.

    Clearly Fabian has no young kids, dogs, or cats! Otherwise that Big Ben (Gathering Storm?) would be long knocked over! lol. His hobby room makes me green with envy, and that little CM is stunning! Is it a Corbin/Alborozo with CM tail?

      I love Fabian's hobby room. There is a couch directly across from the shelves, and it's so nice to sit there and admire all the horses <3

      I am really bad with Stablemate names, but yes, I'm pretty sure that is exactly what the custom is. He's just lovely.

      It looks beautiful! A nice hobby room is one of my long time goals.
      I thought that's what he looked like, he'll look awesome in color!
