Twenty years

Twenty years ago, Seth and I were married in a small ceremony in Memphis, Tennessee.

Also twenty years ago, a grey colt was born in Colorado. 

Today I am celebrating both of these events.

The morning was dedicated to Santana. 

Yesterday's storms made a mess of the footing so we went for a walk instead of a ride. Santana wore his party hat and I took lots of pictures. We both enjoyed this.

This afternoon, Seth and I will head up to Idaho Springs for a short mountain getaway. I'm pretty sure we'll both enjoy this, too.

May 9, 1997 was a really good day. I am lucky to have both Seth and Santana in my life!
