One million

It's official.  The Braymere blog is a millionaire.
As luck would have it, I was knee deep in a parent teacher conference when the counter registered the one millionth page view.  Fortunately, Natalie Kilpatrick and Fabian Rodgriguez were able to provide me with screen captures.  I love you guys!
I also love every single person who has made this blog a part of their day.  Thanks a million for all your support.  I could not have reached this milestone without you!

P.S.  The comment contest remains open to entries until midnight tonight.  Tomorrow someone wins a saddle.

  21. I know That Standing horses are very versatile but has anyone shown one in a Barrel racing/ pole bending class before?

I am planning on doing it Saturday. I am going to enter it as "Standing at he starting gate before their run." Because according to the Ohio 4-h Rule book you must enter the arena and come to a complete stop OR do a circle before running the pattern.

That is the great thing about having real life showing experience! :) lol

    1. "Waiting to start" entries used to be very popular, but they've fallen out of favor in recent years. Depending on the competition (and the judge), you may do just fine. However, a lot of judges prefer to see a model performing a judged/scored part of the class.

      Good luck!

  26. Congratulations! This is one of my daily blogs and I dearly love reading it. If you happen to randomly select me, I'd like the saddle donated to someone that wouldn't be able to afford it, preferably a kid. Thank you for having such a wonderful blog! Maya S.

    1. Thanks and I know you're kidding, but I want to clarify the raffle process. I'm not "picking" anyone. I plan to let a random number generator choose the winner. That way it's completely fair to everyone.

BTW--I haven't forgotten your harness. It is near the top of my work list, so no matter who wins the raffle, you have some BCS tack heading your way in the not too distant future.

      :)
