Today's photo

A little more than four years ago, I purchased what I jokingly referred to as the ultimate 2020 performance horse.

"He wants to roll on all my saddles," I wrote cheerfully.
Beethoven has caused a fair amount of chaos since his arrival...
However, today was the first time he actually rolled on a saddle. It was everything I thought it would be and more.
Today's prompt for the Advent Model Horse Photo Challenge is Gelding. This is my photo.

    One of the ponies I work with has rolled on his saddle more than once (thankfully it's a treeless foam one so no major damage done)

    The photo is brilliant.
    But I feel sorry for the rider...I can empathize with him. We also had a horse in the stable that liked to roll in the dirt with all her tack on.

    All that squirming and he hasn't managed to shift the saddle or the cinches. That's a good saddle.
