In addition to being my favorite month, October is historically eventful. So many significant, life changing events have taken place during this month. For example, yesterday was the eleventh anniversary of Emma's gotcha day.
It's hard to believe she ever looked like this.
It hasn't always been the smoothest road with her, but I'm so glad we stuck it out. I love this big, sweet girl so much.
Wednesday was also an anniversary.
It's been a long, weird journey filled with friends, family, horses, dogs, rats, travel, toys and art. There are a few things I would change, but not many. Thank you to everyone who's stuck with me all these years. I can't promise there will be another fifteen, but maybe?
