Blogs were a thing in 2008.
Everyone had them, and most of them didn't last very long.
I get it. Blogging is hard.
I didn't want my blog to be another flash in the pan, so one of the first things I did after starting Braymere Custom Saddlery was writing out a whole list of potential blog topics.
I have a very specific memory of doing this at the Utah Park Recreation Center while my kids were taking swimming lessons.
Some of the topics were used almost immediately.
Others are still waiting for their moment.
When I got to one hundred, I figured that was enough. My blog would last for at least a year or two.

I kind of miss the time when everyone had a blog. Social media is fine and all, but things get lost so quickly.
ReplyDeleteI've made multiple lists of ideas and projects too but still find it hard to blog about anything these days!
Blogging is hard! Ideas are only half the battle. Even when you know what you want to say, you have to sit down and actually write it.
