After the show, I'll be heading down to the Pasadena area to spend a few days with my mom.
While I'm there, I hope to spend a morning at Santa Anita with my friend, Corina.
All told, I'll be gone for a week. I have a couple scheduled posts that are written and ready to go, plus I expect to have lots of pictures from both Super-CALI and HESTFest. It should be a good week for all of us!

ReplyDeleteI used to live in Solvang in the mid-80s. The show is not too far from my old place on Alamo Pintado road. It's very much horse country!! Miss it!!
DeleteOn Friday, I was part of a group of hobbyists who toured the Alamo Pintado Equine Medical Center where Kylee's husband works. We also had lunch and window shopped in downtown Solvang. It was a good day.
