Three amputations

My studio was the site of three amputations yesterday. Two were intentional
One was not.
Fortunately... 
I'm pretty good at fixing things. 
As good as Better than new!
On to the next project!

    Is that a Breyer doll? If not, what kind of dolls do you use?

      That's a Breyer youth doll customized and dressed by my friend, Anne Field. I always order my dolls bootless, because I just vain enough to think I make the best boots!

    How did you reattach the youth doll's foot so it could bend? It looks great!

      The new feet are wired onto the legs. You can see a picture of this here.
