Just the facts

Today was database day. 

All total we have six hundred and thirty seven people participating in this year's NaMoPaiMo.

Seventy eight of those people are painting a model for the very first time. Another one hundred ninety seven entrants identified themselves as beginner painters, and one hundred eighty three people rated their skill level at intermediate. There are also ninety nine advanced amateurs and seventy five professionals.

We hail from twenty two countries, but seventy two percent of us live in the United States. The next most represented countries are the United Kingdom, Canada, Germany and Sweden. Here's the complete breakdown:

And here's one most statistic that should surprise no one: the most common first name among the NaMoPainters is Jennifer. Assuming the Jen's and Jeni's are really Jennifers, there are sixteen of us! Other popular names include Sarah (8), Heather (7), Kim (7), Lauren (6), Amanda (6), Karen (6), Rachel (6), Laura (6), Lisa (5), Sara (5), Julie (5), Emily (5), Anna (5), Melissa (5) and Erika (5).
